SHIPPING POLICY
You can open an account with us and when you do this plants/flowers will be able to leave the farm before payment and you do payment within approved terms.
You can also do an EFT payment before plants/flowers leave the farm. Payments must be made before 15h00 if plants/flowers needs to leave the farm the same day.

RETURN POLICY
Any return should be communicated within 24hrs after receiving your products. If you are dissatisfied with a product please send the reasons and photo's and we will give a credit or replace where possible. We have a straightforward refund or exchange policy where we would like to build trust and reassure our customers that they can buy with confidence.

Card facilities is available on the farm but unfortunately no cash will be accepted for safety reasons
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
We welcome wholesalers to our business and do have a discounted price list for wholesalers. Wholesalers will have to buy on a weekly basis from us at more than R5000/week average. Please let us know if you feel that you can qualify under the wholesale category and we will enter such a discussion with you as client.
